Ice storms seem to have taken control of some parts of the country, even reaching into Oklahoma just north of us and home to Ms. Cornelius of A Shrewdness of Apes. Here in Texas its been hot, some days reaching 80 degrees.
So here's a little song and video for all you frozen Yankees.

This is amazing! I was watching "Scrooged" last night, watching this guy playing the Ghost of Christmas Past.
He looks better with all of his teeth and without the cigar.
And guess where I am right now?????
I am some special kind of stubborn, but then again, at least it didn't snow that much in Tulsa today.
But yes, it's been brutal, and there have been many people who have died as a result of car accidents and fires, besides other injuries.
Thanks for thinking of us. I hope you all don't get any rotten ice or snow, my friend.
And I am no damn Yankee, sir!
