From Joe Thomas over at Shut Up and Teach comes this hilarious video spoof of the cell phone commercial (can't remember which company).

As Joe Thomas said, trust me. Those of you who have administrators who seemingly have no purpose other than to annoy or keep you from actually teaching will find it especially funny. And for those of you who know what a "walkthrough" is, you have my sympathy.

God, that was good.
That was hilarious! Thanks for sharing it.
Perfect. Spot. On. Perfect.
That's worth saving. Thank goodness my "walkthrough" was finally done a few days ago.
What a great video. I've been posting it everywhere.
What is a "walkthrough," by the way? Is it a mini-observation or something?

NYC Educator,
A "walkthrough" is when an administrator comes to your class and observes for 10 or 15 minutes. They write up their observations and "supposedly" they are not part of your formal evaluation. My feeling is, if it isn't then why are they writing it up. You have no recourse if you disagree with their findings, since its not offically to evaluate you.
Thanks for the explanation.
They do the same here, but they haven't yet picked up the terminology.
